RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt as long as labels and hygiene stickers are untampered with and intact. 
Products must be returned within their original packaging.

To Return:
Email Info@indiabay.co.uk with your order number, full name and email address used to place the order. Please provide the reason for your return or for what item you wish to exchange for. 
All returns must be posted within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns received outside of this time frame will be refunded via credit note. We will not post the item back to you. 
Sale items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. This includes any items purchased with a promotional discount code. These items can be exchanged. 
India Bay Swim is NOT responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. 

In the event of a faulty Item:
Please email info@indiabay.co.uk within 7 days of delivery so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We will then ask you to return your item to us within 7 days from the date of shipment. 
Please do not use any faulty items. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
