After the order is processed delivery times

 

Once your order is packed and leaves our India Bay office, you will receive an automated email with your parcel details and tracking number. Most orders will be shipped via. Hermes

If in the event you have failed to collect your package from your post office (upon waiting collection) or an incorrect address was entered when making your purchase, this will result in the courier returning your package back to our office. For your package to be re-dispatched to you, there will incur a re-dispatch fee.

Re-dispatch fees may vary depending on your location.

  

To comply with UK postal regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to make them as dutiable 'merchandise'.

Once your beautiful India Bay items have been passed onto our postal service, your parcel is now out of our hands and is under the control of the postal server. Should you have any enquiries on your parcel, please contact info@indiabay.co.uk with your order number.

 India Bay Swimwear is not liable if the wrong shipping information is provided to us at the checkout. We are not liable to refund the order in this event. We will re-dispatch your item to the correct shipping address if the parcel makes it way back to the India Bay office. A Re-shipment invoice will be sent out in this instance. Before finalising your order, please make sure all shipping details are correct.
